In this video I wanted to talk about the Metaverse, and in particular what stocks of businesses I discovered that I think are going to significantly increase in value over next couple of years, so that we, as investors, can make money from this new technology. Hope you enjoy the video! – Jake —————————————- Profit From The Metaverse (7 Stocks To BUY) Stock No.1 Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ: FB, soon to be MVRS) Formally known as Facebook. One of the first parts of the Metaverse that Meta is working on is an immersive workroom space called Horizon Workrooms that will be a VR experience specifically designed for people to work together or interact personally. In this room you can create your own avatars and all sit around a virtual desk, you can work through company meetings and presentations, birthday parties or family gatherings. You are all in this room together, streaming in from all parts of the globe. Granted, the technology is in its embryonic stages because you are still looking at a 3D character, so human interaction is really lacking. Stock No 2: NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) This company has been extremely popular in the Semiconductor space in recent times and I really think we are only at the beginning stages of where we will see NVIDIA technology in the future. Even in the last year the share price has moved up 135% and is now trading at $315.00 a share and I think in 5 to 10 years time from now, we are going to think that was cheap. Stock No. 3: Zoom Video Communications Inc (NASDAQ: ZM) During the pandemic we all discovered the power of ZOOM and how important it was to keep us connected to friends, family, and work commitments. The stock also did shoot up to highs of $560.00 per share in October last year, since then the stock price has dropped quite substantially, but the falling share price should not have any parallels to the future of ZOOM. According to recent updates the company is improving its technology to create a much more immersive Metaverse experience through its software. Stock No 4. Match Group Inc (NASDAQ: MTCH). Even though the company has recently introduced features like voice clips and video prompts to their dating profiles, Match.com is looking at new innovations of adopting the Metaverse experiences which they recently started testing in their home market of South Korea. The experience includes a live virtual world called Single Town, (a metaverse, type experience) and this is where singles can interact as avatars; they can move around this virtual world, and they can also communicate via audio. Stock No 5. Walt Disney Co (NYSE: DIS) Now Disney, in the Metaverse space, is a pure intellectual property play. Just think about the types of interactive virtual worlds Disney can create utilising its characters from Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar. Disney IP’s are so strong that, just recently, it proved that it doesn’t need to be the first one to utilise new technology. Disney+ was released in 2019, when there were already large streaming services available like Netflix and Amazon Prime, but regardless Disney was still able to sign up over 179 million monthly subscriptions to date. Stock No 6: Autodesk, Inc (NASDAQ: ADSK) Autodesk is a Cloud software firm that makes programs used by architects and engineers called AutoCad to design and create buildings and products. And interestingly enough, its software is also used to build virtual worlds for gaming and entertainment. The firm now offers a suite of products designed to render 3D animation, construct and launch virtual buildings, and create VR and augmented reality. What’s also interesting to know, from an investor’s standpoint, is the sales of this new suite of technology were up 10% year-over-year in the latest quarter. Stock No 7: Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) Microsoft has two main plays in the Metaverse. First is their productivity tools like Teams and 365 software suite, and their gaming division where Microsoft owns gaming console Xbox and one of the most popular online games, Minecraft. The gaming section will develop out with more immersive experiences, I think that’s pretty obvious and something that Microsoft will create a whole new revenue stream from. ————————– 7 Metaverse Stocks: https://bit.ly/3Dk36pj ————————– * Disclaimer This video is not intended as financial or investment advice and should not be construed or relied on as such.
